The TV persoanlity, 43, went down in history during her stint on the show in 2016 after mishearing Angie Bowie's sad news that her ex-husband and music superstar David had died.
Tiffany misunderstood, thinking fellow housemate David Guest had passed away and collapsed into wild hysterics and the now iconic moment is still one of the show's most memorable.
During the show's opening on Monday host AJ Odudu, 37, was giving American Tiffany the lowdown on the latest housemates, including Jack P. Shepherd's Corrie character David Platt.
As AJ explained one storyline that left the nation thinking David had died, Tiffany squealed: 'David's dead?' as she once again became hysterical.

Meanwhile during the main show viewers were left baffled by Trisha Goddard's nomination for 'fellow American' Patsy Palmer, despite both being born and bred in London.
The TV personality, 67, from Hackney said she was 'from New York' while the EastEnders actress, 52, was 'from LA' which made them incompatible.
Trisha explained the 'New York vs Los Angeles' comparison and said Bethnal Green born Patsy's LA mindset meant she 'too fragile' to be in the house, unlike herself, who was tougher coming from the Big Apple.
Patsy was born in the East End and shot to fame as Bianca Jackson on EastEnders before moving to Malibu in 2014, while TV's Trisha moved update New York in 2010.
Taking to X baffled fans wrote: 'This New York vs LA feud when both Patsy are British is pure camp': 'Trisha voting for Patsy because she lived in New York and Patsy lived in LA is the dumbest s*** ever like bro you're from Hackney'.
'Respectfully what on earth is Trisha banging on about?! Patsy isn't from LA and she isn't from New York': 'Obsessed with Trisha being convinced she's from New York and Patsy is from LA when they're both London born and bred'.

She said: 'It's beautiful we live in our own little bubble, Malibu is it's own little place, we very much keep ourselves to ourselves and we have a lot of English friends.
'I pinch myself every morning when I wake up and see the ocean it's like a dream. But I've created that.'
She continued: 'I don't think I would live in England again. I would like to experience something else in life but I'm not too sure if I will.
'I'm very happy and grateful for where I am so I'm not going anywhere fast. I don't know what that might look like. It just depends on life and where it goes. I just think do what makes you happy.'
Elsewhere on Sunday's Big Brother viewers we all in agreement with Chesney Hawkes after he voted for Trisha.
While the singer, 53, may have 'shocked' fans with his decision after choosing one his pals in the house, they said his reasoning 'hit the nail on the head' - with the TV personality as she joining Patsy and Jack P.Shepherd, 37, in receiving the most votes.
