In March 28 Beau Society newsletter, Hailee explained she was taking a risk in the film which was scheduled to open April 18.
'This role is far removed from what I've done, but that's part of what drew me to it!' she said.
'I feel like I'm stepping into my own more and more as I get older, and this role mirrors that.'

Although she has several upcoming projects, the one Hailee seems most interested in in her upcoming wedding, which could take place sooner, rather than later.
Hailee and the Buffalo Bills player Josh Allen got engaged in November 2024, and after the news was announced, a billboard read 'The Queen City has a new queen. Congratulations Josh and Hailee.'
'I have been given a very warm welcome, the people are incredible,' she told The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon, on Thursday ahead of the premiere. 'It’s such a wonderful, wonderful place. I love it so much.'
'They don't want a long engagement, and the wedding planning is already underway,' a source said to US Weekly.
The big day could take place in the summer before football training begins.

'You've been my rock. You are my best friend,' said Josh, the quarterback of the Buffalo Bills. 'I would not be standing on this stage if it weren't for you.'
