Angry driver blasts mechanic during furious rant about $12,000 repair job - but not everyone is convinced

A disgruntled customer has slammed his mechanic and claimed repairs on his car cost just as much as the purchase price.
The man went to pick up his Mazda CX-5 Diesel from the repair shop on Tuesday and filmed himself walking in and confronting an employee at the front desk.
The customer claimed he was charged $12,000 for repairs despite being initially told his car had a 50,000km warranty.
'Who are you?' he asked an employee in the garage's office.
The man gave his name and politely asked the man to put his phone away.
'This is going on social media, bro,' the man replied.
Another employee was heard asking if he was there to pick up his car.
'Yeah but I can't f***ing drive it. 'It's another fail, another $12,000 of fails,' he replied.

The employee told the man: 'All you're doing is upsetting our staff'.
But the warning had little effect on the man, who launched into an angry rant.
'That car wasn't going when the motor got fixed, we've got f****g recordings of it. The car was a piece of s**t,' he said.
'It wasn't us, mate,' the employee replied.
'But you've got $12,000 to fix it. You gave us a 50,000km warranty,' the man said.
It then got physical when the employee tried to take the man's phone away, resulting in a minor push and shove.
'Give me my f****g phone,' the man yelled.
'Stop recording us. We're just trying to give you your car so you can go,' the employee replied.

'Where's the alternator that came out of it?' the man demanded after he was handed the keys to his car.
'You didn't tell me you wanted that, I'll go and get it for you. It's probably been thrown away,' the employee replied.
'Well, that's f***g evidence, bro. I told you I wanted that, I put it on email,' the man said before walking off.
'Paid them more for repairs than I did when I bought it.'
Aussies were quick to criticise the man's approach to the situation.
'No need to behave like that. The disputes tribunal is the correct path. You also have MTA mediation. There are systems in place,' one person said.
'Wait, so they replaced your engine and then the alternator failed? Sorry to say bro, but you're in the wrong in this situation,' another said.
